Special Note : State Coastal Facilities Project was the first project that enabled DIA Holding to institutionalize, yet it constituted a reference for approximately 20 projects that are ongoing or completed.

Task : Completion reports of the project and variance analyses and also comparing the costs of ongoing projects and variance analyses.
